History Nexus back up
After being down for one month History Nexus is now back up.
It’s more about finding the time really to spend a couple of days looking at the code and trying to fix the problem with spam.
Actually, the solution I found won’t hold long so I’ll be looking at it again soon.

Temporarily closing down new registrations to History Nexus

Eastside Community Heritage website relaunched
Okay, I’m blowing my own trumpet here - but I’ve have been working on this website solid for the past five weeks.
Eastside Community Heritage is a registered charity based in east London and has dealt with various projects over the years, whether based on local geographic areas or distinct identity groups such as the Chinese or Bengalis.
The website had to conform to international web design and accessibility guidelines.
Check out the Eastside Community Heritage website.

Interview with John Simkin, Spartacus Educational
John Simkin is in an elite cyberspace pack – he has his own Wikipedia entry. He’s up there with Margaret Thatcher, Keith Fleet and Will Geer ( the actor that played Zebulon "Grandpa" Walton in the American television series, The Waltons ).
What he done in life so be to bestowed with such an eulogy? His leading role in the Spartacus Educational website, one of the webs most popular history sites.
